Adversaries Programme
We seek to understand how opponents think about war, and how they organise and fight. This programme brings together practitioners and theorists from across the world to discuss these matters.
Our programme on adversarial studies is devoted to understanding opponents’ theories of victory and the systems they have built to achieve them. It considers state and non-state adversaries, providing scholars and practitioners in the West with a granular understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of their opponents.
