Biography

Mark Proctor served in the British Army for thirty years. He was an Intelligence Corps and General Staff officer who carried out a variety of appointments in specialisation as well as training, operational planning and resilience, HR, cyber and command. He did this across all three Services, with the Five Eyes Community and with agencies.

He served on operations globally during his career. Mark’s last military appointment was as Commander Joint Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities Group (JCG), before becoming Chief of the General Staff (CGS) Visiting Fellow to RUSI.
