Disorder Podcast
Disorder is a hard-hitting non-partisan geopolitics podcast hosted by RUSI Associate Fellow Jason Pack and co-hosted by Jane Kinninmont and Mark Lobel.
Gone are the days of coherent international coordination. Rather than working together to solve pressing crises, many of the world’s most powerful states are actively making those crises worse. The result? We’re living through a novel historical era: The Global Enduring Disorder. The Disorder Podcast teases out the key principles that connect seemingly disparate challenges: from climate change, to tax havens to unregulated cyberspace, to the wars in Ukraine Syria and Libya.
Jason Pack and returning co-hosts discuss with world-leading experts, senior diplomats and cultural icons, the fundamental principles lurking behind today’s global issues.
At the conclusion of each episode, the podcast proposes inventive, win-win solutions to the globe’s most pressing challenges, aka, ‘Ordering the Disorder’.
Between December 2024 and January 2026, RUSI and the Disorder Podcast partnered to bring RUSI expertise to the podcast and to stage a number of live recordings at RUSI’s Whitehall home for RUSI members and Disorder Mega-Orderer supporters.
Jason and sometime co-host Arthur Snell remain RUSI Associate Fellows and more information about them and their work can be found on their profile pages.
