There's a couple of different things that could be done to get rid of the the HEU [Highly Enriched Uranium] or other fissile material that might be in the country...There's the option of blowing it up on site. So basically you explode the material, disperse it, especially if it's underground. Probably practically the easiest option, but you can't eliminate the risk of that material leaking out and causing chemical hazards in the atmosphere as well. So no good options really."
