They had accumulated enough of that material, and material enriched to other levels for them to be able to, I think the estimate was, to produce about five nuclear weapons in under a week...now I will caveat that heavily by saying that enriching to 90% is not sufficient for a nuclear weapon. You can't just have the fissile material. You have to actually construct the nuclear warhead. You have mount it on a delivery system. And by the sounds of it, the Iranians weren't quite there yet. And critically, the most critical aspect is not just the material bit of it but the political decision to move towards weaponization. And again, by all accounts, that decision had not been made inside Iran."
