Report: Hong Kong becomes a hub for Russia and Iran to circumvent sanctions; urging the US to increase financial pressure

Tom Keatinge, Director of the Financial and Security Centre at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), said in a written reply to Voice of America that Hong Kong's unique features include the ability to quickly establish companies, connect Chinese and international banks, mature trade logistics services, and neighbor manufacturers of dual-use military products.
