To remove the threat, there's one of two ways you can do that. You can either remove the Iranian capability and capacity to pose those sorts of threats to shipping in those parts of the sea, or you can remove their will to use them. And by removing the will to us them, you come back to the strategic point where you either have to remove their regime entirely or cut some kind of deal.
