To remove the threat, there's one of two ways you can do that. You can either remove the Iranian capability and capacity to pose those sorts of threats to shipping in those parts of the sea, or you can remove their will to use them. And by removing the will to us them, you come back to the strategic point where you either have to remove their regime entirely or cut some kind of deal. But to the point about how you remove their capacity, so that you can provide a bubble of security whereby ships can pass through the strait with tolerable risk, you have to go after the things that pose those risks, and that's hundreds if not thousands of small fast heavily-armed attack craft, it's mines, it's anti-ship missiles both mounted on those sorts of boats and along shore batteries all the way up and down the coast."
