I think ultimately what happens next (in Yemen) will depend on what is decided in Riyadh...I think it is in everyone's interest at this point that a path towards reengagement of negotiation rather than escalation is pursued. Whether or not the Houthis push forward down the Red Sea coastline is a moot question as they have achieved this huge strategic breakthrough by now controlling the Port of Mocha which basically gives them control of the Bab al Mandeb, or at least the ability to disrupt it."
