Biography

Since 2015, Tatiana has been providing advice on international cooperation and strategy to senior decision-makers in the public sector. With a focus on security, defence, and diplomacy, her expertise in these areas is supported by various positions, including service at UNICEF UK, the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, the National Colombian Army, the Colombian War College, Universidad del Rosario, and the United Nations Development Programme. 

Tatiana's academic background includes a Master of Science in Global Politics from The London School of Economics and Political Science and two Bachelor's Degrees in International Relations and Political Science and Government from Universidad del Rosario (Colombia). Tatiana has been awarded as a Chevening Scholar, a McCain Global Leader, and as an Emerging Leader by the Policy Center for the New South. She is also an alumna of the Near East South Asia Centre for Strategic Studies, the George Marshall European Centre for Security Studies, and the William J. Perry Centre for Hemispheric Defense Studies.
