Eamonn Noonan

Dr Eamonn Noonan is a policy analyst in the Strategic Foresight Unit, European Parliamentary Research Service. He has previously worked in the Irish Foreign Service, in the Norwegian Knowledge Centre for the Health Services, and in the European Parliament Human Rights Unit.
