Dr Dumitru Minzarari

Dr Dumitru Minzarari is a Lecturer in Security Studies with the Department of Political and Strategic Studies at the Baltic Defence College.

Prior to his arrival at the Baltic Defence College – a NATO-accredited education and training facility – Dr Minzarari was a research associate working on Russia at the Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik (German Institute for International and Security Affairs) in Berlin. He was also both a research fellow and a visiting scholar with the Research Division at the NATO Defence College in Rome.
