Dr Pilar Lizana

Pilar Lizana is the Executive Director of Volpe Consulting where she advises government and businesses on illicit economies, organised crime and security policies. Previously, she held a 10-year career at the Ministry of Defence in Chile and was a senior researcher with the think-tank AthenaLab in Santiago.
