Biography

Sally Donnelly is a Founding Partner of Pallas Advisors, a strategic advisory firm specialising in national security, defence, and innovation.

Her public service included roles as Senior Advisor to the U.S. Secretary of Defence, Director of the Washington Office for the Commander of U.S. Central Command, and Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. In the private sector, Sally was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm. Previously, she spent more than twenty years at Time Magazine.

Sally serves on the Board of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft. Additionally, she is a non-resident senior fellow at the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and on the Leadership Council for the Bob Woodruff Foundation.

She holds a master’s degree from the London School of Economics, and a B.A. from Hollins College.
