I think the good news is the build programme that is in place. There are ships being built on the Clyde; the relationships that we have with particularly some of our closest European allies for burden sharing and sharing costs and sharing designs and sharing the build process and sharing tasks, that's a real success. So we're in a dip at the moment but in the years to come we will have more ships more people and more ability to cover the roles that you and I think we should be covering today."
