Putin's Under More Pressure - Will he Crack?

I think we are past that point from a member state perspective. I think the thing that concerns me is about the outlook for the proper use of Russia's immobilised central bank assets to benefit Ukraine. The things that worries me is some of the latest comments we've heard from the CEO of Europe earlier, who said a week or two ago that sort of doing anything with those assets would be expropriating them, I think was the word that she used - anyway very powerful language. We've also heard the Belgian prime minister say that taking the assets to benefit Ukraine would be an act of war. So I think probably there are others that need convincing now that those assets can be put to better use than has been achieved so far..."
