RUSI and France’s École de Guerre have collaborated over the past eight years, aiming to apply intellectual rigour in answering the most critical questions facing militaries today.
In this annual Christmas debate, RUSI Military Sciences experts and associates joined forces with officers from École de Guerre to debate the motion:
'This House Believes that Land is Still the Defining Environment for Success.'
The debate was chaired by Emilie Cleret, Director of English Studies for French Senior Professional Military Education, with an introduction given by Military Sciences Director, Matthew Savill.
