General Sir Roly Walker's Opening Address at RUSI Land Warfare Conference

This year's RUSI Land Warfare Conference – convened in partnership with the Chief of the General Staff – provides a forum to discuss the land forces’ contribution to NATO's deterrence posture, the process of modernisation underway across the continent, and the resilience of the defence industrial base. The conference is the UK's foremost gathering of the land forces’ community. For twenty-five years, the Institute has brought together leading voices on the evolution of land warfare.
