Chief of SIS at RUSI

Sir John Sawers, the Chief of the Secret Intelligence Service, an agency commonly known as MI6, visited RUSI on Wednesday 10 February and gave an off-the-record presentation to a group of staff, members and other researchers on the context and priorities of the Secret Intelligence Service. It was Sir John's first such presentation since he became Chief in November 2009.
 
This was followed by a free-flowing private discussion and an informal reception at which Sir John met members and staff at the Institute.
