Biography
Commander Alex Westley is an officer in the Royal Navy and a doctoral candidate at the University of Portsmouth, where his research is focussed on the security policy surrounding the offshore renewable energy industry. He serves as a British Exchange Officer in the STRATPOL section of the French Navy.
