Alice joined as RUSI's Strategic Bids Manager in March 2026. She works across all research groups to support bid management, business development strategy, and competitive procurement processes. Her role focuses on securing and shaping research opportunities, as well as strengthening engagement with funders and partners.
Alice's background spans both research delivery and business development. She joined RUSI from an Associate Director position in Brussels, where she led high-value, multi-country research proposals and programmes for the European Commission and other international organisations. Prior to this, she delivered mixed-methods research studies for UK government departments in the fields of crime, security and public communications. Drawing on her research background, she works closely with research teams to shape proposals that align with funder priorities and deliver policy-relevant impact.
Alice’s academic background is in Politics and International Relations, with a particular interest in terrorism and international security. She has also worked in the field in Athens, supporting integration-focused projects for displaced communities.Â
