Denys Vinskyi

Denys Vinskyi has more than 20 years of experience in the design, technical assessment, and supervision of oil and gas infrastructure projects under the extreme climatic conditions of the High North. He worked as Head of the Baltic Bureau for the Three Seas Initiative at the Strategy XXI Centre for Global Studies from 2020 until April 2025 and is currently engaged in independent research on critical infrastructure resilience in extreme Arctic conditions.
