Manish Tayal

Manish Tayal is a Royal Navy Medical Officer, GP and ‘pracademic’, with over 20 years of experience across frontline care, operational delivery, healthcare governance, institutional culture and military ethics. He has a doctorate in leadership, ethics and professional practice from Bath Spa University, and is a Visiting Research Fellow at the Department of Defence Studies at King’s College London and a Hudson Fellow at the Changing Character of War Centre at Oxford University.
