Biography
Dr Alice Spilman is a Policy Fellow at BASIC where she currently manages an FCDO funded project supporting NPT diplomacy. Alice recently completed her PhD from the University of Birmingham. Her thesis examined the role of different forms of power and the use of different spaces during the negotiations for the NPT.
