Christina Rupp

Christina Rupp is Senior Policy Researcher in interface’s Cybersecurity Policy and Resilience programme, where she focuses on cyber diplomacy, particularly on international norms for responsible state behaviour in cyberspace and EU cybersecurity policy. In this capacity, she has conducted research on the EU’s cybersecurity agency ENISA and the EU cybersecurity policy ecosystem, official public political attribution of cyber operations, software supply chain security, and Germany’s institutional cyber security architecture. For interface, Christina follows the cybersecurity debate at the UN, including the 2021–25 Open-Ended Working Group (UN OEWG).
