Biography

Harriet Rogers is a Strategic Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist at BAE Systems where she joined having changed into Cyber Security in 2022. Before that she was an Aerospace Battlespace Management Officer in the Royal Air Force, where she specialised in command and control, air security and operational integration. 

She holds an MA in Terrorism, Crime and Global Security from Staffordshire University where she specialised in Russian Foreign and Security Policy and Russian and Chinese approaches to Cyber Conflict. Her interests include the role of cyber across competition, crisis and conflict and comparative adversary approaches to offensive cyber operations.

The UK Cyber Effects Network seeks to build and strengthen a UK community of interest that fosters informed debate around the theory and practice of offensive cyber and other cyber effects operations.
