Biography
Andreas Raspotnik is Director of the High North Center for Business and Governance at Nord University in Bodø and a Senior Researcher at the Fridtjof Nansen Institute in Oslo.
He is a co-editor of ‘The Nordic States, NATO and the EU in Arctic Security’ (Edward Elgar, 2025).
