Biography
John Quinn is a postgraduate medical doctor working in Health Diplomacy, and presently working in Europe as a PhD researcher, and MD in the UK and Ireland as locum emergency doctor. He has experience in public health, medicine and global affairs, with life-long work in remote and emergency medicine. He has consulted on many occasions to perform medical site audits and assessments with senior ministerial officials in developing nations and conflict zones.
