Dr Peter B.M.J Pijpers

Dr Peter B.M.J. Pijpers is professor of Cyber Operations, War Studies department of the Netherlands Defence Academy, and vice-dean at the Faculty of Military Science. He is affiliated to the University of Amsterdam’s Centre of International Law and a non-resident fellow at the University of South Florida. His research centres on the legal and military implications of (AI-enabled) cognitive and influence operations in cyberspace.
