Dr Lucie Pebay

Dr Lucie Pebay is a dual UK–French national with a background in defence and strategic studies. She holds a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from the University of Aberdeen and a PhD in Politics and International Studies from the University of Bath, where her research examined the contemporary transformation of the French Army and its shift toward high-intensity warfare. She currently works within the Ministry of Defence for the Naval Staff as a Research Manager, supporting and coordinating research designed to inform Royal Navy planning and decision-making.
