Roderick Parkes

Roderick Parkes is a Senior Research Fellow at the NATO Defence College, where he focuses on strategic foresight and the next generation fellowship network. He previously ran the research institute of the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) and the Europe Programme of the Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM), as well as establishing the Brussels office of the German Institute of International and Security Affairs (SWP).
