William Parker writes on defence, strategy and geopolitics. Previously, he served as a warfare officer in the Royal Navy. William has an MA Conflict, Security and Development with Distinction from the University of Exeter and has written for the RUSI Journal, The Naval Review and the Council on Geostrategy.Â
