Phoebe Murphy

Phoebe is part of the Strategy and Engagement Team for the City of London Police in its national role as lead for Fraud, Cyber and Economic Crime. She leads on parliamentary engagement and is fraud victim policy lead for the force.

Phoebe has been working in the fraud and cyber space since joining the force in 2024. Phoebe supported the Report Fraud programme to launch working directly with the Service Delivery Director on the operating model and project work before transitioning into the strategy team.

Previously, Phoebe headed the executive support function within Sussex Police in the Chief Constable’s private office.
