Joe Morley-Davies is a Current Intelligence Analyst at Janes; focusing on the activities of the Russian Armed Forces and Russia's international military presence. Before joining Janes, Joe worked in the strategic communications sector tracking Russian influence operations and lead two research projects into the subject for the NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence.
