Diana Morais

Diana Morais has over two decades of experience in security and defence studies, and specialised in gender equality. She served as Senior Adviser to the Portuguese Minister of National Defence and chaired the Ministry’s Gender Equality Working Group. A former Chair of NATO’s Committee on Gender Perspectives, she advised the NATO Military Committee. She currently works as a consultant and is pursuing a doctorate in Gender Studies.
