Biography
Matthew McGlynn is a researcher and consultant specialising in illicit finance as a national security threat. He spent close to a decade in the UK Government, qualifying as an intelligence analyst and leading cross-government efforts to tackle international illicit finance. His work included efforts against Russian dirty money, partnerships with the UAE, and earning two Home Secretary commendations.
He now advises partners, governments and private-sector clients on illicit finance, with expertise on Russia, and is fluent in Russian, French and Spanish.
