Biography

Tacita has spent the last three years in industry, supporting Cyber capability in Defence. She holds a BA in Politics Philosophy and Economics from Oxford, an MA in Law and is doing a Defence Simulation & Modelling postgrad at the Defence Academy with Cranfield.

The UK Cyber Effects Network

The UK Cyber Effects Network seeks to build and strengthen a UK community of interest that fosters informed debate around the theory and practice of offensive cyber and other cyber effects operations.
