Lieutenant Colonel Jahara Matisek

Lieutenant Colonel Jahara ‘FRANKY’ Matisek, PhD, is a senior fellow at the Payne Institute for Public Policy, research fellow at the US Naval War College, and a visiting scholar at Northwestern University. Lt Col Matisek has previously taught at the US Air Force Academy and US Naval War College and is the most published active-duty officer serving with 2 books and 200 articles on the defence industrial base, strategy, and warfare.
