Biography
Andrzej (Andrew) Marszewski is Correspondent-at-Large for www.defencealternatives.com and a former contributor to Defence24.com. His writing focuses on defence and security issues, particularly the intersection of religion, theology and conflict, and the role of faith narratives in contemporary security challenges.
He holds a BA (Hons) in History and Religious Studies/Theology from St Mary’s University, London, where his dissertation examined the role of religion in the wars of former Yugoslavia and a Licentiate in Sacred Theology (Masters) from the Catholic University of Fribourg, Switzerland.
His experience includes past service as an infantryman in the Territorial Army, humanitarian volunteering during the Bosnian War, pastoral ministry and current work within the UK rail industry.
