Katya Lvova
Biography
Katya Lvova has extensive experience in technical delivery, strategic planning, programme design and management, and adaptive programming to address instability, violent extremism, terrorism and security-sector challenges in complex and conflict-affected environments.
She has worked with governments, donors, security institutions and civil society partners across Africa and the Middle East to strengthen policy and institutional capacity, build community resilience, and design and deliver evidence-driven stabilisation, peacebuilding and security programmes.
