Biography
Iris Marieke Kleinekorte is the Head of Compliance at Monjasa which core business includes trading and physical supply of marine fuels, oil terminal operations and ship-owning activities on a global scale.
Iris is a Dutch lawyer (2007) and previously worked in the oil & gas, shipping and freight forwarding sector.
In her role as Head of Compliance she provides the Monjasa Group, including Monjasa's executive management, with customized compliance recommendations, including mitigating and monitoring measures regarding sanctions compliance. In addition, she serves as a board member of the Danish chapter of ACSS ACSS Denmark Chapter - Association of Certified Sanctions Specialists and teaches a yearly sanctions compliance course in Copenhagen Sanctions Compliance.
