Biography
Bilahari Kausikan has had a distinguished diplomatic career, culminating in the top position of Permanent Secretary of Singapore’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
