Lt Cdr Rhodri Humphreys

Lt Cdr Rhodri Humphreys works within Navy Digital, focusing on how the Royal Navy develops the cyber and digital capability, people and skills needed to exploit increasingly digital ways of operating and fighting. Currently undertaking a Professional Doctorate in Security Risk Management, his research examines whether Defence’s workforce and organisational models are evolving quickly enough to match the pace and ambition of its digital transformation.
