Biography
Dr Graeme Herd is a Senior Associate Fellow at the SPEAR Institute He has worked at the George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies and the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, as well as several UK universities: King’s College London, Staffordshire, Aberdeen and Plymouth. He is the author of numerous articles on Russia’s strategic behaviour and European alliance politics.
