Biography
Dr John Hemmings is the Director of the National Security Centre at the Henry Jackson Society. He previously worked at RUSI and at the Daniel K. Inouye Asia Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI-APCSS), a US Department of War regional centre based in Hawaii where he focused on security in the Indo-Pacific and defence industrial multilateralism.
