Biography

Katy is a PhD researcher at Loughborough University studying cyber AI threats. She has competed in international cyber competitions around the world and is helping to develop a Cyber Resilience Masters course.

The UK Cyber Effects Network seeks to build and strengthen a UK community of interest that fosters informed debate around the theory and practice of offensive cyber and other cyber effects operations.
