Dr Richard J. Harknett

Dr Richard J. Harknett is Professor and Director of the Center for Cyber Strategy and Policy and Co-director of the Ohio Cyber Range Institute at the University of Cincinnati, USA. He served as an inaugural Fulbright Scholar in Cyber Studies at Oxford University and as the inaugural Scholar-in-Residence at U.S. Cyber Command and is co-author of “Cyber Persistence Theory: Redefining National Security in Cyberspace” (Oxford University Press 2022).
