Filipa has international experience across military and diplomatic environments. Her last position was within the Civil-Military Cooperation (CIMIC) community.
She holds a master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations and bachelor´s degree in International Relations.
Her research interests include the development and application of military intelligence, military strategy, and hybrid warfare.
