Kat Farram

Kat is Director of Development at RUSI, leading strategic income generation and managing the relationships of many of RUSI’s key stakeholders.

With over twenty five years experience in the not-for-profit sector Kat has occupied leadership roles at The King’s Trust (formerly The Prince’s Trust), King's Trust International, and Save the Children, alongside contributing broader fundraising expertise in roles at The Children’s Society, Diabetes UK, Cancer Research UK and The British Heart Foundation.

Kat has accumulated vast experience across campaign fundraising, thought leadership and broader fundraising strategy, and enjoyed extensive travel in such roles, including state visits with His Majesty The King to Jordan and Kenya.

Kat also draws from her media background, having worked in production for the BBC and a number of independent creative companies, having graduated with a media degree at a London university.
