Biography
Dr Emma De Angelis is the former Director of Special Projects and former Director of Publications at RUSI. She was Editor of the RUSI Journal between October 2011 and July 2025, as well as the inaugural co-host of the RUSI Journal Radio podcast with Ed Mortimer.
Emma has a PhD in International History from the London School of Economics (LSE) and an MA in Arts and Cultural Enterprise from the University of the Arts London. She writes about a range of topics including memory, culture and political discourse, the interaction between arts, the creative industries and international affairs, and contemporary European history and politics.
