Biography

Francisco Carneiro Júnior is a retired agent of the Brazilian Federal Police with nearly 30 years of service, including over a decade with the Tactical Operations Command (COT), where he specialised in special operations, aerial and narcotics interdiction, and operator training. A political scientist and theologian holding a postgraduate degree in Public Security Management, he is currently completing an MBA in Politics, Strategy, National Defense, and Public Security, as well as an extension course at the Naval War College (C-EEM 2026). He is the author of several works on public security and geopolitics, including O Silêncio das Noites Escuras and Geopolítica: Artigos e Ensaios. His writings focus on the intersection of global security policy, strategic intelligence, and national defence in Brazil and Latin America
